IN THE EVENT OF A WATER OR WASTEWATER EMERGENCY
• Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm please call the office at 717-865-7452.
•Monday – Friday – 4:30 pm – 8:00 am please call the plant at 717-865-0774 and follow the recorded instructions.
•Saturday – Sunday – please call the plant at 717-865-0774 and follow the recorded instructions.
Public Notices
Payments are due on the 10th of the month. If the 10th of the month is a Saturday or Sunday payments placed in the drop box located next to the front doors at the office at 113 E Main St, Fredericksburg by 8am on the Monday of that weekend will be considered paid by the due date.
Payments received after the 10th of the month will have a penalty of 10% and are due by the 10th of the following month.
If payment is not received by the 10th of the following month you will receive a notice posted on the property door stating that payment is due in full within 15 days and a $50 fee will be added to your account.
If payment is not received by the termination date printed on the door posting, water service will be terminated and you will be charged $100 to have water service restored.
